Mr. Lamont Scales White (otherwise known as the Gay Dating Coach) is the owner of Better Way To Meet, which a is professional matchmaking, dating coaching, and couples counseling service for gay men in the United States. Since 2014, Mr. White has matched hundreds of single guys and even helped a few guys get married. He’s nationally recognized as a relationship expert for gay men and helping gay men maintain healthy relationships.  

Mr. White is also the host of the new show, Shoot Your Shot Wednesdays, where single guys answer insightful, funny, and spicy questions about being single Live on Instagram. Mr. White has an undergraduate degree in psychology and graduate degree in Professional Community Counseling. He lives in Atlanta with his husband and their two nephews.
