Thalbert Allen has been teaching elemental Chi Kung (Qigong) for 20+ years. He also practices Tai Chi, and Kung fu (Wing Chun). Thalbert is the co-founder of the College of Elemental Chi Kung, a teacher training school.
The discipline is based on the Taoist five element system. This system incorporates ancient Taoist techniques as well as animal forms and modern movements. Thalbert gained most of his knowledge and inspiration from Zhixang Wang, the Principal tutor and founder of the Chinese Heritage School.
A guided Qigong session. Please ensure you have enough space around you. This sequence is a standing sequence but may also be done sitting. Best practiced in a quiet environment.
