Cornelia Kastner is a clinical psychologist and occupational psychologist specializing in stress prevention and life crises. She works with individuals and organizations on sustainably reducing the level of stress experienced in everyday life. With a passion for teaching, Ms. Kastner also serves as Adjunct-Professor at Webster Vienna Private University. Her approach is rooted in scientific psychology, with a focus on finding authentic solutions for her clients. By exceeding the impact of symptom-focused interventions she aims to support her clients on their way towards mastery of stress, thus creating a long-term impact.
