CJ DeBarra (they/them) is an Irish queer journalist from West Cork, based in the UK. They spend a lot of time writing about sex, drugs and the occasional rock 'n' roll.

CJ has been in journalism for 15 years specializing in cannabis, CBD, sex, tech and neurodiversity. They are the author of NeuroQueer: A Neurodivergent Guide to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between. This is their first novel on ADHD, sex and relationships. They are currently working on two history books about Nottingham’s queer past.
