Jean is an author and yoga teacher and has taught yoga, mindful movement and meditation since 1996. Though connecting with breath as the source for movement and the earth for support, Jean offers a somatic style of vinyasa yoga and movement which stems from a listening and feeling within, so the body’s knowing wisdom and resilience can be sensed and valued.
She weaves traditional and contemporary principles into her teaching to deepen embodied awareness with felt presence and open-heartedness to safely draw participants to true potential and confidence.
An easy to follow movement sequence that helps to release tension from the body and attune the mind to the soothing flow of the breath. A perfect way to release, relax and prepare for a restful nights’ sleep. No props necessary.
