Julia is a yoga teacher and nutritional therapist and weaves together ancient wisdom with modern-day research, to support clients towards full body health. She works with clients 1-to-1 both in clinic and on-line, and frequently runs workshops and courses. Her approach integrates the many different styles and aspects of yoga that she has studied and trained in including Iyengar, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Well Woman and Perinatal yoga.

In the third and last session of this series Julia Alderman demonstrates a yin style yoga practice to explore body sensations and softening of the senses and mind. This session will offer trauma-informed ways of settling into stillness. You do not need to have watched the previous two sessions to take part.
